What to Expect
We are so glad that you are considering joining us for an upcoming service. We know that visiting a church for the first time can bring up a lot of questions, so we put together a list of FAQs to help you feel more comfortable stepping in. But if we forgot anything or you have another question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org
I’m not familiar with your building, Where should I go when I get there?
You can park in the lot that just to the right of the main entrance. Overflow parking is along the entry culdesac as well as in the grass along the side of Knox Hill Road.
What are the services like?
You will find a casual atmosphere, people from all life stages and faith journeys, and a service that's crafted to help you experience the truth, grace, and love of Jesus. Contemporary worship music with meaningful, memorable lyrics to help us connect with God, and prepare our hearts for hearing God's Word. Our pastors bring practical, biblically based teaching. Sometimes we explore a book of the Bible in-depth, sometimes it's a specific topic such as grace or suffering, and sometimes we focus on life issues such as relationships or finances. We share in Communion together about once a month. This is a sacred time to reflect on the gift of salvation given to us freely through the atoning work of our Savior Jesus, and his resurrection from the dead. It is also a celebration of the new life that we have - right now! - through Him.
What about my kids?
We have a safe and secure space staffed with experienced and caring teachers and assistants, ready to make your children feel welcome and well cared for during the service. To learn more about the Newbridge Kids program, check out their page HERE.
